Preheat oven to 170 C. Line baking tray with baking paper. Place maple syrup, honey and oil in a small pan over low heat for 1 - 2 minutes until combined and runny. Combine oats and mixed nuts in a bowl and mix through the warm syrup. Bake for 10 - 20 minutes turning at least once. Remove and cool. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients, except flaxseed oil, in a large bowl. Add cooked oat mix and flaxseed oil and stir until well combined. Store in airtight containers at room temp for up to 10 days.
Introduction
With goji berries, flaxseed oil and other goodies.

- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons canola oil (or grapeseed oil)
- 4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1½ cups mixed nuts
- ½ cup linseed meal (or LSA - linseed, sunflower and almond meal)
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup goji berries
- ½ cup finely chopped dried apple
- 4 tablespoons flaxseed oil
