Spicy Honey Brushed Thighs and Greek Potatoes

Marinate the potatoes with mustard, lemon, dried oregano, chicken bouillon, and salt to taste. Preheat the broil on high. In a large bowl mix garlic powder, chilli powder, salt, ground cumin, paprika, and ground red pepper. Add chicken to bowl; toss to coat. Place chicken on a broiler pan or baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Broil chicken 5 minutes on each side. Combine honey and white wine in small bowl. Brush both sides of the chicken and broil for an addition minute or until chicken is done. While the chicken is cooking heat about a ¼ or of a cup of canola oil over medium high heat. When the oil is hot add potatoes – try not to add any extra juice they may have collected in the bottom of the bowl. Cook for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. When potatoes are done transfer to a plate lined with paper towels and then transfer to serving dish.
