Chop the peeled rhubarb into little pieces. Put into a 3-4L bowl, strew about 200 ml sugar over and cover generously with water. Cover with clingfilm, let macerate in the fridge with the lemon slices for 1- 2 days. Pour through a sieve, taste for more sugar and water (according to taste). Enjoy!
