- 3 slices white bread (made into crumbs)
- 2 medium potatoes (grated )
- 1 onion (finely chopped or grated)
- 1 medium egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons dried mint
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flatleaf parsley
- 1¾ ounces ground pork
