Make two dough balls as instructed in my original Pizza recipe and stretch them onto oven stones. Brush whisked egg on both stretched doughs. Add tomato slices, white Italian cheese combinations, basil leaves, olive oil, and salt and pepper to one dough. Add pepperoni, mushroom, green bell pepper, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and any sharp cheese combination. Bake both at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
