  • ¼ cup olive oil (a very good Italian one)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (French)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method

Pizza One and Two is a community recipe submitted by Raha Lane and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Make two dough balls as instructed in my original Pizza recipe and stretch them onto oven stones.
  • Brush whisked egg on both stretched doughs. Add tomato slices, white Italian cheese combinations, basil leaves, olive oil, and salt and pepper to one dough.
  • Add pepperoni, mushroom, green bell pepper, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and any sharp cheese combination.
  • Bake both at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Additional Information

Serve with fresh fruits, tossed green salads, and iced drinks to make fabulous party lunch or dinner.
