Boil the liver in plenty of fresh water until cooked (about an hour) Once cooled sufficiently to be handled, cut into snack/treat size pieces. Put all the pieces on one or more baking sheets and place in a cold oven. Set the oven at 150'c and start heating. Check after 15 minutes, the bites should stop being wet and turn just barely moist. Freeze the ones you are not using the next few days.

Don't cook them for too long or they will be too hard on your dogs tummy (at leats it is on my two doggies)
