Ingredients
Serves: 70 pieces
For the Cake
- 30 millilitres water
- 300 grams flour
- 150 grams butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 eggs
For the Cheese Cream
- 100 grams flour
- 4 eggs
- 60 millilitres milk
- 120 grams butter
- 250 grams cheese (grated)
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg (grated)
For the Cake
- 1 fluid ounces water
- 11 ounces flour
- 5 ounces butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 eggs
For the Cheese Cream
- 4 ounces flour
- 4 eggs
- 2⅛ fluid ounces milk
- 4 ounces butter
- 9 ounces cheese (grated)
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg (grated)

Cheese-cream: boil the butter and flour in a pot, add the milk till it separates from the side of the pot. Add the eggs and the half of the grated cheese. After cooling,add the second half of the cheese, spices, salt and fill the halved cakes.
It looks nice,if you leave some grated cheese to roll the balls in it. Baking with this amount of ingredients, you will get 70 cheesy balls.
