  • chapatti
  • olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • Cheddar cheese
  • plain yoghurt
  • tomatoes
  • tomato paste
  • tomato sauce
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • purple onions (small)
  • 2 teaspoons chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • chapatti
  • olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • Cheddar cheese
  • plain yogurt
  • tomatoes
  • tomato paste
  • tomato sauce
  • 7 cloves garlic

  • ½ teaspoon honey

  • Make the sauce by sauteing the tomatoes, garlic, chilli powder, salt.
  • Make "sour cream" by adding a lot of salt and a little garlic to yogurt
  • Fry chapattis for short while until soft in oil.
  • Wrap around chopped onion and cheese. Pour sauce over it and cook in pan on burner for 5 minutes low heat.
  • Put yogurt on top. Roll chapattis around
