Shallots in Oyster Sauce

Peel, wash and cut shallots into bite sizes. Do not slice them - set aside. Slice red / bird eye chilli thinly - set aside. Then in a small bowl combine oyster sauce, warm water and sugar - mix well. Take the shallots and chillies and add them together with the oyster sauce. Allow it to rest for a few minutes. Once your stir fry is ready, eat it together with the dip.
Introduction
This dip is a simple dip to make and it goes well with stir fry noodles , fried rice and if you are having a BBQ this dip should to it . I got this recipe from a friend.

Serves: 4-6
- 10 small shallots
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons water (warm)
- 2 red chillies (or bird's eye chillies)
