Jelly Whip

Empty jelly crystals into small bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Chill until jelly is at the wobbly half-set stage. In a separate bowl, whip evaporated milk until thick, then beat in the half set jelly and the passionfruit pulp. Pour quickly (but carefully!!!) into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until set.
Introduction
One of those popular Australian recipes of the 1940s... Sort of thing your grandma might have made. Can't say it is any culinary masterpiece, but it is an example of historical Australian cooking ;-)

- 1 packet lemon jelly
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 passionfruit
