Faye's Perogies

Chop the bacon and the onions. Fry together until the onions have caramelized, drain excess fat. Add soups and water and cook until combined, it should look like a gravy. Cook the perogies in salted water and place in a shallow casserole dish, cover with melted butter and the sauce.
Introduction
This is a delicious simple recipe my sister in law gave me; she's since passed away so I named them after her. I serve it at my holiday dinners; my friends son nicknamed them "crack" perogies because they're so addictive.

- 2 pounds bacon
- 2 large onions
- 2 cans celery soup
- 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
- 1 can water
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 packets cheese perogies
