Soak beans overnight in water or at least 6 hours, drain, rinse, fill with water, bring to a boil, drain rinse Put tomatoes in water, bring to a boil, remove, peel, chop in a large pan on oil, fry onion and root vegetables for a minute, add tomatoes, bring to a boil, add beans and water Cook covered until the beans are soft with a cup take 2-3 cups of beans and put in a food processor then return to the pot and add tomato puree, vegetable cube, salt Add pasta, keep stirring so it does not stick, add parsely leave covered for 30 minutes

Can be made with caned beans, and caned tomatoes...but I prefer the long version, the flavors all infuse together when cooked for 2 hours
