In a large pan heat oil add onion and garlic, fry for couple of seconds and drop the washed and drained spinach (without water) letting it drop and soften for 1-2 minutes Take off the oven top, add rice and salt Pour into a cassarole 25cm in diameter, at least 5cm high Add milk and water, stir a bit Make 2 holes and put the raw eggs in Bake at 180 degrees for 30 or more minutes until the rice has absorbed the water and the eggs are cooked Can add water while baking if the rice isn't cooked enough
