Mix all the ingredients for the mass until you have a soft puree. Fry the ground meat with onion, garlic, then add the whipping cream or cream cheese. Put half of the mass in a pie tin. Put in the filling and the rest of the mass. Spread egg yolks over the mass and a little bit of grated parmesan. Put in the oven to gratin.
