Passionfruit Slice

Pre-heat oven to 160 deg C (fan) and line a 18cm x 28cm slice pan with baking paper (base and sides). Combine flour, coconut and sugar in a bowl and stir in the butter and mix well. Press into the slice pan and bake for 15 minutes or until evenly browned. Combine the condensed milk, lemon juice and passionfruit pulp and beat until smooth. Pour over the hot base and bake for a further 15 minutes or until just set. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into slices.
