Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Leave to marinade. Bake in a preheated oven (180 deg C fan assisted) until done. I usually cover with foil until the last five minutes of cooking which gives a nice sauce in the baking dish to pour over the sliced chicken breasts.
