Fruit Salad With a Kick

Stone the cherries and place in large bowl, keeping the juice/syrup to one side, add your strawberries, sliced kiwi, grapes, raspberries, pineapple, banana, melon chunks (any fruit you like) Mix gently as not to break the softer fruit and then top up cherry juice with crème de cassis and a drop of Cointreau (or any other fruity alcohol) and add to the fruit... Cover and place in fridge. Serve with cream (whipped or not) and a warning for drivers... Can be blended with extra alcohol for an alcoholic fruit smoothie!

Introduction
Great for a BBQ or party or gathering where you can kick back and relax... Just warn the drivers though as this can be pretty potent!
