Fry onion and garlic and mushroom a little Blend with tofu or millet and black beans Add paprika , salt and pepper and dash of wouschster sauce. Form into patties . Make a sauce mashing avocado and yoghurt, coriander and lime and garlic. Fry onion and tomato and the burger pattie . Sprinkle more paprika and some cayenne. serve in a bun with onion and avocado sandwiched in the middle .
Introduction
I had this for dinner tonight and it was so good, I had to post the recipe. The main ingredient is obviously black bean but you can use either tofu or millet or oats to bind the whole thing together.
