Steam the asparagus and arrange on plate with the salad leaves and tomato and boiled potato. Boil an egg and add to salad. Sear the tuna in a hot pan with garlic. Place tuna on salad plate, squeeze over some lemon juice, tear some parsley, drizzle dressing and dot with black olives.
Introduction
A simple, substantial lunch or supper salad with seared tuna and asparagus. All you need is some French bread and a glass of wine and you are transported to Parisian heaven.
