- 1 packet mixed salad leaves
- 2 apples
- 1 can pineapple pieces
- 200 grams sliced ham
- 200 grams Cheddar cheese (strong)
- 125 grams mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 juice of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 pinch of mustard
- 1 packet mixed salad leaves
- 2 apples
- 1 can pineapple pieces
- 7 ounces sliced ham
- 7 ounces Cheddar cheese (strong)
- 4⅖ ounces mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 juice of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 pinch of mustard

- Mix the mayo, sugar, sour cream and the lemon juice in a big bowl while I do the cutting and tearing.
- Cut the apples (I like to leave the skin on just for the color), the ham and the cheese into small bite-size and mix into the dressing with the drained pineapple pieces.
- Drain the salad almost completely and tear into the salad, toss and sprinkle with some cheese.
- Enjoy:)
