Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, the cabbage, carrot, mustard seeds, eggs, ginger and flour and mix well. Make into little patties, should make 9. Put a little oil or butter into a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes each side. Serve hot with sauce and salad. Yum! :)
Introduction
These may seem basic and flavourless by looking at the ingredients but they are delicious especially with some chilli sauce.

- 2 medium eggs
- 2 carrots (peeled and grated)
- 1½ cups cabbages (cut finely shredded)
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds (optional)
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot
- chilli sauce (to serve)
