Caswa's Easy Chicken Pasta Salad

Cook pasta and drain Cook off bacon to desired crispiness. Strip chicken of all meat and skin. Discard bones and grotty bits. Mix chopped carrot and celery with diced tomatoes and mayonnaise and herbs in a bowl big enough for pasta and chicken. Chop up bacon and add it to mayo mix along with chicken and pasta. Garnish with spring onion, salt and pepper. Serves 6 as salad and 4 as hot pasta main
