Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees celcius Cream Butter and Peanut butter, Then add sugar content and cream till smooth. Slowly add a beaten egg to the mixture and mix till smooth and even in texture. Add everything else, mix till you have a lovely caramel coloured, choc flecked cookie dough! Roll into balls about the size of a ping pong ball (or however large you want them) then flatten with a fork. Bake for about ten minutes! Cool then eat!
Introduction
I have a new love for baking cookies, not that I eat too many of them, it's just they make people happy and I love gifting them to people and seeing their faces light up when I present them. These particular ones are loved by everyone who bites into them! Enjoy.

Bugs me a bit when recipes mix 'cups' with weighed amounts but this recipe worked very well with a 250ml volume cup. I halved the recipe amounts and ended up with 16 small cookies, they spread just the right amount and were delicious. Very soft. Will definitely make again.
