Introduction

I have a new love for baking cookies, not that I eat too many of them, it's just they make people happy and I love gifting them to people and seeing their faces light up when I present them. These particular ones are loved by everyone who bites into them! Enjoy.

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces soft butter
  • 1 egg

    What 1 Other has said

    • Bugs me a bit when recipes mix 'cups' with weighed amounts but this recipe worked very well with a 250ml volume cup. I halved the recipe amounts and ended up with 16 small cookies, they spread just the right amount and were delicious. Very soft. Will definitely make again.
