Big Banana Scone

Mash bananas, add flour, butter, sugar and cinnamon and a shake of gd almonds mix well. Line an ovenprooof dish and sprinkle with demerera sugar. Oven at 200 degrees C and bake until its brown, about 20 to 30 mins. Enjoy its delicious!

- 8 ounces self-rising flour
- 3 ounces melted butter
- 2 ounces turbinado sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 sprinkling of almond meal
