- Dice butter in cubes and place in freezer for approx. 10 mins before use.
- Don’t bother to roll out mixture having placed it on lightly floured surface.
- With lightly floured hands make your batch of evenly sized scones and place on warm tray(s)
- Hot, hot oven before and during baking process (220°C max)
- 17 mins and review/turn in necessary.
