The salsa: Slice the onion and put it in a pan with some olive oil Cook it until it gets soft Clean the anchovies and add them to the onion Let them cook until they melt Cook spaghetti (pay attention: don't use a lot of salt in the water!!!) Pour spaghetti in the sauce and stir EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Introduction
Bigoi are a sort of spaghetti, made with eggs (you can use just spaghetti :) ) and salsa is the italian word for sauce. It's a very simple and poor recipe we usually eat on XMas Eve (once poor people could't afford a big meal both on the 24th and 25th Dec)

Can I use tinned anchovies?
