Place all ingredients into a medium sized saucepan. Stir occasionally over medium heat on stove top and bring to your desired temperature. DO NOT bring to boil, otherwise you will end up scalded milk and separated cream
Introduction
This is a very indulgent way to have coffee and is best served with a very decadent slice (or two!) of your favourite cake.

- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- water
- ¼ cup milk
- 4 teaspoons heavy cream
- 1 shot port (whiskey is also good)
