Heat milk in a wok add carrots ,cook till soft and the milk thickens Now add sugar and keep on steering Add ghee, nuts,raisins and cardamom Cook till all the milk dries up and the ghee starts separating. Serve hot !!!

- 1 kilogram carrots (grated)
- 1 handful cashew nuts (chopped)
- 1 handful raisins (chopped)
- 1 litre milk
- 450 grams caster sugar
- 1 handful almonds (chopped almonds)
- 2 tablespoons butter / ghee
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 drops rose essence
- 2⅕ pounds carrots (grated)
- 1 handful cashew nuts (chopped)
- 1 handful raisins (chopped)
- 1¾ pints milk
- 16 ounces superfine sugar
- 1 handful almonds (chopped almonds)
- 2 tablespoons butter / ghee
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 drops rose essence
