Introduction

I disocvered this recipe by accident whilst dabbling in the kitchen one day. It's fairly simple and hopefully anyone can add or change as they see fit, as I would never claim perfection... well, not just yet :) Enjoy x

  • Additional Information

Alternatively if you do not have a pressure cooker to cook the ribs, bake slowly in the oven at a low heat until they are cooked through. Or sear meat and place into a slow cooker with the sauce for 4 hours, finishing off in the oven if necessary. (Monitor the water content and add a little at a time if the sauce starts to dry any). Be prepared for a little wait for these two methods though as the ribs are best cooked slowly x
