Depending on if you are using an oven or BBQ the mushrooms use a hot flame, or Preheat oven to 200C,it must be very hot. First wash your mushrooms thoroughly. Then cover each mushroom with peanut butter. Take care that each mushroom is nicely covered. Then fold a piece of streaky bacon around the mushroom so it is completely covered, secure it with one tooth pick. Continue doing this with all of the mushrooms. Now place them directly onto the grill or on an oven tray, grill them until the streaky bacon is crispy. Serve hot. Each person gets about 4-5 sticks. Serve with a side garnish. You can also put the mushrooms on one large skewer stick for each person. What ever you like. Enjoy.

Introduction
This is a very odd recipe but it's REALLY amazing. And relatively fast to make. You can put them on the BBQ or even in the oven. But BBQ is best.

I think amazing is slightly optimistic for this recipe.... sorry! :) It's tastes pretty much how it sounds - a mushroom, coated in peanut butter with bacon - nothing surprising. I made one to test and thought it was ok but nothing special.... I decided against making them for guests though. Maybe at a BBQ where you want a bit of fun they might be good but they don't have the juicy quality of say garlic mushrooms...
