Ingredients

Serves: About 20 pieces

Metric Cups
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 50 millilitres cream
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons baileys
  • 100 millilitres cocoa
  • 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 1¾ fluid ounces cream
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons baileys
  • 3½ fluid ounces unsweetened cocoa

Method

  • Chop tho choocolate into small pieces.
  • Let the cream and sugar start to boil and then remove it from the heat. Put the chocolate, butter and Baileys together with the cream and butter and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Put plastic foil in a small square bowl (appr. 10 x 20 cm) and pour the chocolate-cream in it.
  • Let it stay in the fridge for a few hours. Put the chocolate on a cutting-board. Powder both sides of it with cocoa. Cut the chocolate into 20 pieces. Keep it in the fridge.
