Round Eye in Deep Brown Sauce

In a pressure cooker, brown the seasoned round eye in the heated oil, on all sides, just to seal the meat. Add the tomato sauce and the 2 bottles of Malzbier. Stir well until it starts to boil. Seal the lid and cook for about 1h 15 min. Reserve the sauce. With an electric knife, thinly slice the meat. Put the slices (try to maintain the original shape of the round eye by sliding it into the serving dish). Pour the sauce over the meat. Goes very well with mashed potatoes.
Introduction
Excellent main dish, easy to make - if you use a pressure cooker. Produces a rich deep brown sauce, slightly sweetened by the Malzbier.

- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 bottles malzbier (sweet low alcohol beer)
- 4 tablespoons oil
