Oaty Breakfast Bars

Melt the margarine in a frying pan. Leave to cool. Put the flour, sugar, oats, cinnamon, berries and the honey into a mixing bowl. Add the margarine and mix together to form a soft paste. Put into a circular 21.5cm shallow tin. Put in the oven for 10-15 mins. Put onto a cooling rack. Leave to cool. Cut into slices (however many you want) then enjoy!

- 100 grams self-raising flour
- 100 grams porridge oats
- 25 grams dried cranberries
- 25 grams raisins
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 3½ ounces margarine (poly-unsaturated)
- 1¾ ounces light brown sugar
- 1 fluid ounce honey (clear)
- 3½ ounces self-rising flour
- 3½ ounces quick-cooking oats
- ⅞ ounce dried cranberries
- ⅞ ounce raisins
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
