- 500 grams penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 grams mushrooms (mixed, sliced thinly)
- 750 grams tomato-based pasta sauce
- 500 millilitres mozzarella ( more if you like it really cheesy)
- 17⅔ ounces penne pasta
