Introduction
Now you can add to this anything you want. Such as: Dried fruit, Nuts, Wheatgerm, Seeds and Grains. I usually serve this with some fresh berries (yum blueberries).

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 2 cups natural yogurt
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 oranges (juiced)
- 2 peeled, grated green apples
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon honey

- Best made night before you want to eat it. Keeps well in the fridge for days.
