Place crushed biscuits into a bowl. Add the marshmallows and the glacier cherries. Mix until biscuits cover marshmallows and cherries. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until it forms a dough. If too sticky add more crushed biscuits. If too dry add more sweetened condensed milk. Spill the unsweetened shredded coconut onto a surface. Roll the dough into a sausage shape and roll over the coconut. Do this until the dough is completely covered. Cut the dough sideways to get disk like shapes. Place in refrigerator until chilled. YUM!!!!!
