Introduction

Gooey, Crunchie and sweeter than sweet treat!! Got this recipe off my Auntie Francie and she got it off her sister in-law from Ireland! The whole family loves them!! No cooking involved just getting messy and stuck in which I love! hehe Enjoy ScrummyDoDa

Ingredients

Serves: -

  • 15 crushed graham crackers
  • 15 candied cherries (cut into halves)
  • 15 marshmallows (pink and white)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Method

  • Place crushed biscuits into a bowl. Add the marshmallows and the glacier cherries.
  • Mix until biscuits cover marshmallows and cherries. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until it forms a dough. If too sticky add more crushed biscuits. If too dry add more sweetened condensed milk. Spill the unsweetened shredded coconut onto a surface.
  • Roll the dough into a sausage shape and roll over the coconut. Do this until the dough is completely covered.
  • Cut the dough sideways to get disk like shapes.
  • Place in refrigerator until chilled. YUM!!!!!
