Ingredients

Serves: 6-8

Metric Cups
  • 130 grams sugar
  • 100 grams butter (melted or margarine)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips
  • 4⅗ ounces sugar
  • 3½ ounces butter (melted or margarine)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 5⅓ ounces flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to gas mark 5
  • Mix all ingredients in a big ole bowl until a nice firm sticky dough is formed
  • Knead for a few mins Roll up in a firm fat sausage
  • Place in the fridge for 20 mins
  • Cut the cookie dough up and shape in whatever you want ... arrange them on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper leaving plenty of space between each one
  • Bake in oven for about 15 mins... or until cookies are firm... leave to cool on a wire tray... and consume with your favourite cup of coffee!
