in a medium sized oven proof dish, pour some olive oil so that it covers the bottom of the dish. Break small pieces of bread into the dish until the bottom of the dish is well covered, dot small pieces of butter over and sprinkle with herbs and a good grind of pepper and salt. Bake in a hot oven (190 fan) until golden and crispy.
Introduction
This stuffing is more of a side, than the one you put in a cavity, its so easy to make and very delicious!

- 6 slices bread (any sort will work here)
