Cook the pasta as directed on the pack. Meanwhile stir-fry the mushrooms and peppers. W hen the pasta is cooked, drain and add the veg, including the sun-dried tomatoes. Add the pesto & cheese and stir well. Voila!

Introduction
I made this pasta dish one night just to use up what was in the fridge. It turned out to be quite nice, so now I often make it. It's very handy as it only takes about 10 minutes.
