Place the condensed milk and butter into a small saucepan. Heat and stir until butter melts. Leave to cool. Put the biscuits, hot chocolate, coconut, and sultanas into a bowl. Add the cooled butter mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a dish and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes or until hard. Melt chocolate and pour on top. Add sprinkles if desired.
