Ingredients

Serves: 4

Metric Cups
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (hot)
  • ½ teaspoon moroccan spice
  • Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 avocado (mashed)
  • tortilla wraps
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (hot)
  • ½ teaspoon moroccan spice
  • Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 avocado (mashed)
  • tortilla wraps

Method

My Chicken Fajitas is a community recipe submitted by Community and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Cut the red onion and peppers into thin slices.
  • Cut the chicken into slices Place the chicken into a bowl, drizzle with a little olive oil and add spices. Mix well.
  • Add a little more oil to a wok, and heat till hot. Add chicken and stir fry until almost cooked. Add the peppers and onion and continue to stir fry until cooked
  • Heat a dry pan, add the flour tortillas and warm on both sides
  • Add spoonfuls of chicken and peppers to top half of tortilla sprinkle some grated cheese on and add a few teaspoons of avocado. Fold base of tortilla up, and turn ends in left and right.
  • Continue till all tortillas are filled (I hand them out as soon as they are done to keep them warm and to prevent them going soggy) Enjoy
