Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Melt margarine or butter in a pan. Add the other ingredients while stirring. Use a spoon to place the batter on a baking paper clad oven tray. Bake for ca 5 minutes.

- ⅓ cup quick-cooking oats
- ⅓ cup wheat flour
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons light syrup
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
