Corned Beef Crumble

Cover the bottom of a casserole dish about 1/4" deep with cold water, mix in the Worcester Sauce. Mince or finely chop the corned beef, sprinkle over the water Sieve flour into a large mixing bowl. Add butter, rub in to the fine breadcrumb stage. Add quick-cooking oats, crisps and cheese, mix extremely well). Sprinkle over the corned beef. Bake at 190 centigrade for 20 minutes until a light golden colour.
Introduction
An interesting savoury crumble dish. Good served with new potatoes, carrots and gravy.

- 3 ounces quick-cooking oats
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 packet potato crisps
- 3 ounces cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
