Put all dry ingredients in bowl and the wet ingredients in another one then wisk all togheter but don't overmix the batter... with an ice cream scoop put the batter in the muffin cases (in a muffin tin!!). Cook them for 20 min in the oven at 180 c°. Dust with vanilla icing sugar.
