Drain the tuna from oil and put it in a mixer and mix until smooth puree, add the eggs, the bread crumbs and the cheese and mix well. With the mixture make a roll. Take a clean cloth and wrap the roll and tie as if it is a roast. Put a pan with hot water and salt and let it boil, then add the roll and let it cook for 20 min at low heat. Remove the roll from the pan, it is ready!! It is really delicious. Cut it when it is cold. You can eat it with evoo and lemon or with a good homemade mayo.
