- 2 large avocados diced
- 300 grams cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 large chicken breasts cooked and sliced
- 1 bunch salad onion sliced
- 8 rashers smoked back bacon cooked and cubed
- 150 grams blue cheese crumbled
- 2 medium little gem lettuce shredded
- 1 tub mayonnaise
- 4 large hard boiled eggs sliced
- 2 large avocados diced
- 10⅗ cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 large chicken breasts cooked and sliced
- 1 bunch salad onion sliced
- 8 rashers smoked canadian bacon cooked and cubed
- 5⅓ blue cheese crumbled
- 2 medium small heart of romaine lettuce shredded
- 1 tub mayonnaise

- On a large serving platter scatter the shredded lettuce.
