Sticky Figs

Preheat the oven to 200°c/fan oven 180°c/gas mark 6. Cut the top of the stalks off the figs and cut a cross in the top of each one - put your thumbs inside the cross and pull each fig slightly apart. Put 2 of the figs in the middle of a piece of foil and then bring the edges up around their sides. Drizzle in 2 teaspoons of honey and sprinkle over a pinch of cinnamon. Squeeze the edges of the foil together so you have a tightly sealed parcel. Put on the baking tray and do the same with the other figs. Put the figs in the oven for 15 minutes, then take them out, unwrap them and serve with either Greek yoghurt or vanilla ice-cream.
