Quince Chocolate Orange Cake

Introduction
I have just made this years batch of quince jelly, an absolute must in our household but I still have a few jars left from last year which need using up. I thought of Nigella's Store-Cupboard Chocolate Orange Cake on page 170 of Domestic Goddess. I have replaced the marmalade for a jar of quince jelly and added the zest of an orange. It is amazing! Sorry I just had to share it!!
