Start grilling the sausages. When sausages are half browned start grilling/frying the bacon. When sausages and bacon are nearly cooked chuck pasta into a saucepan with salted boiling water. Drain pasta and take sausages and bacon of the heat. Chop sausages into pieces. While pasta is draining add pasta sauce and pepper to saucepan heat until simmering and add sausages and bacon, stir. Add drained pasta and stir until pasta is covered in sauce. Add pasta mixture to casserole dish and smooth out. Sprinkle parmesan and cheddar on top and bake in oven for about 10 minutes at 180c / Gas Mark 4, until cheese has melted and browned. ENJOY!!!! : )

I added a tsp of thyme and a dash of celery salt. Didn't bake just mixed the cheeses in. Tasty
