Introduction

My friend made this for us and our little boys, we all loved it and now it's a regular in my house. I've always got it in the freezer ready for emergencies! It's easier than the recipe first appears.

I serve this warm with a big salad and garlic bread, or hot with a selection of vegetables. It sounds difficult to make but really isn't, and if you are dieting a small portion with salad or veg really does fill you up. I think it's delicious!
